Project description : The 1MW concentrating solar distributed heat and power cogeneration demonstration project in Liufu New District adopts a linear Fresnel concentrating heat-collecting field, and serves as a central heating source station in the heating season, providing 24-hour “zero-carbon” centralized heating for 40000 m2 buildings; during non-heating season as a distributed solar power station, which is designed to generate 1.6 million kWh of electricity in addition to heating.It is the first concentrated solar thermal power station built by the Tibet Autonomous Region and is also the first distributed concentrating solar thermal power cogeneration project in China.
